SHIPPING

MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT. Your item will be shipped to the address that is on file. American Gentleman is not responsible for shipping when your address is not correctly entered into the system.

If you have multiple transactions, this means you had checked out and paid more than one time. Please let us know. Due to  high volume of sales we may not catch this and your orders may be shipped on different days.

American Gentleman ships very frequently. YOUR ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS of payment received. Please be aware that there may be delays that are due to holidays, weekends, and international purchases. ANY STATEMENT WITH THE USPS IS AN ESTIMATE, NOT A GUARANTEE.

Please note once the shipping label is printed, tracking information is provided and you should receive a notification that your shipping label has been printed.

AMERICAN GENTLEMAN IS IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED. Scents and product directions are clearly explained in each product listing. Please be sure to check the ingredient list in the item you are purchasing if you have an allergy.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE

Sorry, but ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there will be no refunds, exchanges, or returns accepted due to the nature of the product. If you are unsure of a scent, please keep in mind there are sample sizes available for purchase. Scents are subjected to each and every individual, this means that our descriptions may not always interpret with your nose. Descriptions are strictly based on the ingredient notes in the scent.

We will not refund due to products that have melted in the hot sun. If you live in a warmer climate area OR order in the hotter months of the year, American Gentleman is in no way responsible. This is also applicable to customers buying in cold climate areas OR in the cold months of the year. American Gentleman is in no way responsible.  Our products are sensitive to extreme heat and freezing temperatures. Keep in mind a majority of American Gentleman products are made in tins which conduct extreme temperatures.

We will in no way refund you because you don’t like the scent you have chosen or if it was different than what you perceived  it to be. We have carefully taken the time to describe and point out key notes in each and every scent listed. Please understand that every individual has different perception of scent. As stated previously, there are a multitude of sample products available for purchase. Please consider purchasing sample sizes prior to larger size items, especially if you are very particular about scents. PLEASE READ EVERY PRODUCT THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. Our listings have been carefully written to describe each and every variable regarding the item.

Bottle, pots, jars, tubes, etc. are filled to the maximum capacity that the container is able to hold. Each item listing clearly states the product  size in ounces.
